Great deal on the vacio. Will order again very soon. Chorizos y morcilla were very good too. Have not cooked the tri tip, but on the smaller size. The mollejas were good but probably won't order again. The gentleman I communicated with was great.

This was my first time trying a vacio, and what an experience that was! I came across Beef and Love online while looking for a whole vacio. I ordered it right before Labor Day weekend, and Chef Martin contacted me right away with concerns about the shipping time due to the holiday. He did everything in his power to make sure I got it on time and in great condition. He is clearly passionate about what he does and wants us all to have a great experience. He even shared his brine recipe and tips when I told him this was my first try at a vacio. Hands down the best customer service experience I've had in a while! Nothing but love to the open-fire community! Vamos!

Really amazing meat, and also amazing service. Very happy and will be back for more!

Just finished the cook on the Vacio and it is spectacular! This beef was high quality and I will be purchasing it again!

We had Martin and his wife over for the company party and it was just perfect
Service, food quality look of the grill… the full package.
Do not hesitate for one second to have them at your celebration/ party

Looking forward to have another event so I can hire them again 🤗🤗🤗

I RECEIVED A BEAUTIFUL ARGENTINE VACIO TODAY. ALL I CAN SAY IS BEEF LOVE DELIVERS A PREMIUM PRODUCT! THIS WEEKEND I WILL BE DOING AN OPEN FIRE COOK OF THIS EXCELLENT CUT OF BEEF!

Our beef was delivered promptly and payment was easy and convenient. The tenderloin was delicious! Everyone loved it. I will definitely order again.

Martin and team under promised and over delivered, certainly this piece didn’t disappointed, what a phenomenal, flavorful and tender vacio, will certainly be ordering again, thanks Martin!

I contacted Beef and Love by accident while looking for someone to handle the BBQ for my husband’s birthday celebration. From the moment I contacted Martin, he was extremely friendly, professional, informative, and accommodating. He said it was just great meat cooked with a great technique, and man, they delivered. The meat was delicious, perfectly cooked, and very flavorful. The appetizers and sides were not only beautifully presented, but each one was more delicious than the next. The presentation and service were also top notch. I will absolutely recommend them and cannot wait to use them for another event.
